Burger Patty

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Makaweli beef, wild boar meat, minced garlic, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve on your favorite burger buns with toppings of your choice.
