Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Vegetables
Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and chop the florets into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Fry the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, and cook until they are golden brown and tender, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 3
Sauté Shallots
Add the sliced shallots to the skillet and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are soft and fragrant.
- 4
Add Raisins and Pine Nuts
Stir in the golden raisins and toasted pine nuts, cooking for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 5
Add White Balsamic Vinegar
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar over the mixture, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for 1 more minute.
- 6
Serve
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy warm.
