BBQ Chicken Breast

    Prepare the Chicken

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture on the chicken breasts.

    Grill the Chicken

    Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.

BBQ Ribs

    Prepare the Ribs

    Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mix all over the ribs.

    Bake the Ribs

    Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

    Grill the Ribs

    After baking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and grill on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Colossal Shrimp

    Prepare the Shrimp

    Peel and devein the colossal shrimp. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Cook the Shrimp

    Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
