Method

Making the Edamame Guacamole Dip

  1. 1

    Blend the Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the shelled edamame, ripe avocado, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Preparing the Wonton Chips

  1. 2

    Fry the Wonton Chips

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles or strips, and fry them in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Making the Pomegranate Molasses Glaze

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate molasses, honey, and water. Heat over low heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved and the mixture is well combined. Allow to cool slightly.
