Method
Chicken Spring Roll Preparation

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrot, green onions, and soy sauce. Mix well.

Roll the Spring Rolls
Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling near one edge. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Seal the edge with a little water.

Fry the Spring Rolls
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry spring rolls until golden brown and crisp, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
Mongolian Ribs Preparation

Marinate the Ribs
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add beef ribs and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Cook the Ribs
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place marinated ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 hours until tender. Remove foil and broil for 5-10 minutes for a crispy finish.

Garnish
Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Tempura Spicy Ahi Preparation

Prepare the Tempura Batter
In a bowl, mix tempura batter mix with ice-cold water until just combined. Do not over-mix.

Fry the Ahi
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Dip pieces of Ahi tuna into the tempura batter and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve with spicy mayo on the side for dipping.
