Kiawe Smoked Szechuan Pork Ribs

    Prepare the Ribs

    Marinate the pork ribs in soy sauce, brown sugar, and crushed Szechuan peppercorns for at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Smoke the Ribs

    Preheat your smoker and add kiawe wood chips. Smoke the ribs for 3-4 hours until tender.

Chinatown Chicken Spring Roll

    Prepare the Filling

    In a skillet, cook ground chicken with garlic, green onions, and cabbage until fully cooked. Add soy sauce and mix well.

    Assemble Spring Rolls

    Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture into a spring roll wrapper and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.

    Fry the Spring Rolls

    Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the spring rolls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Seared Shrimp Sticks

    In a bowl, combine shrimp with sesame oil, garlic powder, and salt. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

    Place fried ahi on a nori sheet and drizzle with spicy mayonnaise. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
