Method

Preparing the Ribs

  1. 1

    Season and Cook Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the baby back ribs with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.

  2. 2

    Glaze with Barbecue Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce. Broil in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.

Cooking the Shrimp

  1. 3

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley just before removing from heat.

Cooking the Bok Choi

  1. 4

    Sauté the Bok Choi

In another skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the baby bok choi, minced ginger, and soy sauce. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the bok choi is tender but still crisp.
