Starter: Furikake Calamari Caesar Salad

Prepare the Calamari
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and furikake seasoning. Dip calamari in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally in panko breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing. Top with fried calamari, grated Parmesan cheese, and serve with lemon wedges.

Hibachi Salmon
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon fillets, skin-side down, for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add hibachi vegetables and lemon juice, stir-fry until tender.
Ending: Chocolate Ganache Cake

Prepare the Ganache
Heat heavy cream until just boiling, pour over chopped dark chocolate, let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth. Pour ganache over the cooled cake.
