Method
Prepare the Base

Cook Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once done, let it cool.

Prepare Nori
Cut nori sheets into strips or squares as desired for serving.
Make the Dressings

Prepare Smoked Soy Wafu Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, smoked paprika, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined.

Prepare Drunken Ikura
In a small bowl, combine ikura, sake, and mirin. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Assemble the Bowl

Layer Ingredients
In a bowl, start with a base of cooked sushi rice. Top with sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, diced avocado, and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Add Dressings
Drizzle the smoked soy wafu dressing over the toppings and add the marinated drunken ikura on top.
