Prepare the Poke

    Cut the Tuna

    Dice the Bigeye Ahi into 1/2 inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.

    Mix Ingredients

    Add green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sea salt to the bowl with the tuna. Gently mix to combine.

    Add Sesame Seeds

    Sprinkle sesame seeds over the poke mixture and toss lightly.

Prepare the Peppercorn Soy

    Combine Ingredients

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, freshly cracked black peppercorns, and lime juice until well blended.

Serve

    Plate the Dish

    Serve the poke in a bowl, drizzling the peppercorn soy over the top just before serving.

    Garnish

    Optionally, garnish with extra sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
