    Prepare the Tuna

    Cut the Bigeye Ahi Tuna into small, bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

    Mix the Marinade

    In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed black peppercorns, and sea salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

    Combine Ingredients

    Pour the marinade over the cubed tuna and gently toss to coat. Add the chopped green onions and chili flakes, mixing well.

    Chill

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

    Serve

    When ready to serve, slice the avocado and plate alongside the poke. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve chilled.
