Cook the Salmon
Preheat a hibachi grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Macadamia Nut Crusted Hawaiian Fish

Prepare the Crust
In a bowl, combine chopped macadamia nuts, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Crust the Fish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the Hawaiian fish fillets on a baking sheet and evenly spread the macadamia mixture on top. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden.
Misoyaki Butterfish

Marinate the Butterfish
In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, sake, mirin, and brown sugar. Marinate the butterfish fillets in the mixture for at least 1 hour.

Cook the Butterfish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated butterfish on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is flaky. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
