Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the baby back ribs with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs. Wrap in foil and place on the grill or in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

2

Smoked Beef Brisket

Rub the brisket with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Smoke in a smoker or cook in the oven at 225°F (110°C) for 6-8 hours until tender.

3

Fry the Chicken

Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour. Mix flour and spice mix in a bowl. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

4

Prepare the Baked Beans

In a saucepan, mix canned baked beans with brown sugar and BBQ sauce. Heat on medium until warmed through.

5

Prepare the Corn

Boil or grill the Kahuku corn for about 10 minutes. Brush with butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan cheese before serving.
