Method

Preparing the Brussels Sprouts

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Brussels Sprouts

Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and orange zest.

    Cook Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let it cool on paper towels, then crumble it.

  4. 4

    Combine and Roast

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Top with crumbled bacon. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.

  5. 5

    Drizzle Balsamic

Once cooked, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts and toss well.

Making Spiced Almonds
