Brussels Sprouts

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon, crumble it, and set aside. Reserve some bacon fat in the skillet.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Brussels Sprouts

In the same skillet with the reserved bacon fat, add the olive oil and Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned.

  4. 4

    Roast in the Oven

Transfer the sautéed Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet. Roast them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until they are tender and caramelized.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven. Toss them with the crumbled bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese until well coated.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Bacon Caesar Brussels Sprouts warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
