    Make the Garlic Aioli

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and set aside.

    Prepare the Soy Balsamic Dressing

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Set aside.

    Slice the Ahi Tuna and Tomatoes

    Thinly slice the ahi tuna and ho farm tomatoes. Set aside.

Assembly

    Layer the Ingredients

    On a serving plate, alternate slices of ahi tuna and mozzarella. Place tomato slices in between.

    Add Shiso Leaves

    Tuck shiso leaves between the layers for freshness.

  3. 6

    Drizzle with Dressings

    Drizzle garlic aioli and soy balsamic dressing over the assembled dish. Finish with a splash of yuzu juice.
