Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Coat with Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. If you're making both Buffalo and BBQ wings, separate the wings into two bowls. Pour Buffalo sauce over one batch and BBQ sauce over the other. Toss until fully coated.
Serving
- 5
