Method
Prepare Strawberry Puree
Make the Puree
In a blender, combine 1 cup of fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend until smooth. If desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds. Set aside.
Prepare Pink Lemonade
Mix the Lemonade
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of frozen pink lemonade concentrate with 1 cup of water. Stir until fully dissolved and set aside.
Mix the Cocktail
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 2 oz of Cathead honeysuckle vodka, 1/2 cup of the prepared strawberry puree, and 1/2 cup of the pink lemonade mixture. Shake well until chilled.
Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon slices and whole fresh strawberries.
