Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Cooking

Combine Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix. The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Preheat the Griddle
Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with a little butter or oil.

Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve
Stack the pancakes on a plate, top with whipped butter and drizzle with 3D Valley Farm maple syrup as desired.
