Fish Sandwich
- 1
Prepare the Fish

Dredge the Fish
Dip each fish fillet first in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture, ensuring an even layer.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded fish fillets and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

While the fish is frying, toast the slider buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
