Slider Patties

Royal Ranch Drizzle

Assembly

Method

Slider Patties

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into slider patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the slider patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

Creamy Coleslaw

  1. 4

    Mix the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. 6

    Combine

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss well to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Royal Ranch Drizzle

  1. 7

    Mix the Drizzle

In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and hot sauce. Stir until well combined. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to taste.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 9

    Assemble the Sliders

On each toasted bun bottom, place a slider patty, a generous scoop of creamy coleslaw, sliced pickles, and drizzle with the Royal Ranch mixture. Top with the bun lid.

  3. 10

    Serve

Serve immediately with extra coleslaw and pickles on the side.
