Slider Patties

Prepare the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into slider patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Creamy Coleslaw

Mix the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.

Prepare the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss well to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Mix the Drizzle
In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and hot sauce. Stir until well combined. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to taste.

Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

On each toasted bun bottom, place a slider patty, a generous scoop of creamy coleslaw, sliced pickles, and drizzle with the Royal Ranch mixture. Top with the bun lid.
