Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This will help them get crispy.

In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Add the dried chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Drizzle vegetable oil over the coated wings and toss again. Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
