Method

Eggs Preparation

  1. 1

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the 3D Valley Farm eggs and whisk them together with milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add butter. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Allow the eggs to sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula until scrambled and fluffy. Remove from heat when cooked to your desired consistency.

Focaccia Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare Focaccia

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Drizzle olive oil over slices of focaccia bread and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh rosemary. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Side Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare Grits

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Gradually stir in the grits and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter before serving.

  2. 5

    Prepare Crispy Potatoes

Dice potatoes and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
