Preparing the Pork Chop

Season the Pork Chops
Season both sides of the heritage pork chops with salt and black pepper.

Cook the Pork Chops
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded pork chops and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Add Prosciutto and Cheese
Lay two slices of San Daniele prosciutto on each pork chop and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano. Cover the skillet for a minute to melt the cheese slightly.
