Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Set aside one for garnish.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, chocolate liqueur, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, and the hulled strawberries. Add ice to fill the shaker.
Shake
Shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of mole bitters on top of the cocktail.
Garnish
Garnish with the reserved strawberry on the rim of the glass.
