Taco Directions

1

Prepare the Mahi-Mahi

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

2

Marinate the Fish

Place the Mahi-Mahi fillets in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

3

Grill the Mahi-Mahi

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the Mahi-Mahi fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

4

Prepare the Tortillas

Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side or until soft and pliable.

5

Assemble the Tacos

Place the grilled Mahi-Mahi fillet in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, a spoonful of sour cream, chopped cilantro, and slices of avocado.

6

Serve

Fold the tortillas over the filling and serve immediately with a side of cilantro rice and black bean soup.
