Prepare the Salmon Patties

Chop and Mix
Finely chop the salmon fillet and place it in a mixing bowl. Add breadcrumbs, egg, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper into the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil to coat the bottom.

Cook the Patties
Once the pan is hot, add the salmon patties. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Assemble the Burger

Prepare the Buns
Slice the black burger buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each bun, place a salmon patty, followed by slices of tomato, pickled onions, a handful of baby arugula, crumbled feta cheese, and a generous dollop of dill pickle aioli. Top with the other half of the bun.
