Mahi Mahi

Steamed Broccoli

Method

Mahi Mahi

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Mahi Mahi

Place the mahi mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-450°F or 190-232°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Mahi Mahi

Remove the fillets from the marinade and place them directly on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Steamed Broccoli

  1. 5

    Prepare the Broccoli

Rinse the fresh broccoli florets under cold water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 6

    Steam the Broccoli

In a medium pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Place a steamer basket in the pot and add the broccoli florets. Cover and steam for 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant green.

  3. 7

    Season the Broccoli

Remove the broccoli from the steamer and transfer it to a serving bowl. Season with salt to taste and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
