Prepare the Focaccia
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the focaccia bread into bite-sized cubes.

Season and Bake
In a large bowl, toss the focaccia cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Spread the cubes out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towels. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Once the croutons have cooled, add them to the bowl with the Romaine lettuce. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
