Measure the Ingredients
Gather all the tea leaves (peppermint, jasmine, chamomile, blueberry hibiscus) and other ingredients (yuzu zest, peach slices, turmeric, ginger) needed for your Rishi Hot Tea.

Boil Water
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
Brewing

Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the tea leaves and other ingredients into the water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

Strain the Tea
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the tea into a teapot or directly into cups to remove the solid ingredients.
Serving

Add Sweetener and Garnish
Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey to the strained tea. Add a slice of lemon for garnish.
