Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Cream the Butter and Sugars

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

  5. 5

    Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients

Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  6. 6

    Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.

  7. 7

    Scoop the Dough

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  8. 8

    Add Seasonal Sprinkles

Sprinkle seasonal sprinkles on top of each cookie before baking.

  9. 9

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

  10. 10

    Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve on a small plate to end your evening sweetly.
