Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream the Butter and Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.

Scoop the Dough
Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Add Seasonal Sprinkles
Sprinkle seasonal sprinkles on top of each cookie before baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve on a small plate to end your evening sweetly.
