1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

2. Marinate the Swordfish

Place the swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4. Grill the Swordfish

Remove the swordfish from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the swordfish steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
