Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill while preparing the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the limoncello, amaro nonino, Seedlip Grove, Aperol, and lime juice. Shake well.

Strain and Pour
Remove the ice from the cocktail glass. Strain the mixture into the glass.

Top with Soda and Prosecco
Top off with club soda and prosecco. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish
Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
