  1. 1

Prepare the Hibiscus and Green Tea

In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers and green tea leaves. Allow to steep for about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into a heatproof pitcher to remove the hibiscus flowers and tea leaves.

  3. 3

    Sweeten (Optional)

If desired, stir in honey or your choice of sweetener while the tea is still warm.

  4. 4

    Chill and Serve

Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon for garnish.
