1. Prepare the Hibiscus and Green Tea
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers and green tea leaves. Allow to steep for about 5 minutes.
2. Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a heatproof pitcher to remove the hibiscus flowers and tea leaves.
3. Sweeten (Optional)
If desired, stir in honey or your choice of sweetener while the tea is still warm.
4. Chill and Serve
Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon for garnish.
