Directions

  1. 1

    Brew the Tea

Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the green tea leaves (or tea bags). Let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Dragonfruit

If using fresh dragonfruit, peel and chop it into small cubes. If using frozen, simply thaw it slightly.

  3. 3

    Combine and Sweeten

Strain the brewed tea into a pitcher and add the chopped dragonfruit. Stir in honey and lime juice, adjusting sweetness and acidity to taste.

  4. 4

    Serve

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the dragonfruit green tea over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
