Marinade and Chicken
Method
Grilling Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Whisk until well blended.
- 2
Marinate Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Prepare your wood-fired grill according to the manufacturer's instructions and preheat to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
