Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.
- 4
Roast the Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Serve with Parmesan
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
