Espresso Preparation

Grind the Beans
Using a burr grinder, grind 18 grams of espresso beans to a fine consistency suitable for espresso brewing.

Prepare the Espresso Machine
Turn on your espresso machine and allow it to heat up for about 15-20 minutes to ensure optimal brewing temperature.

Tamp the Grounds
Place the ground espresso into the portafilter and use a tamper to evenly compress the grounds with firm pressure.

Brew the Espresso
Lock the portafilter into the espresso machine. Start the brewing process and let 30 ml of filtered water pass through the coffee grounds for about 25-30 seconds.
