Prepare the Glass
Rim a cocktail glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the hibiscus-infused tequila and fresh lime juice. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.

Pour and Top
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass over fresh ice. Top with grapefruit soda and give a gentle stir to combine.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of dried hibiscus flowers on top for an elegant finish.
