Ice Cream Preparation

    Make Vanilla Ice Cream

    In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

    Make Espresso Ice Cream

    Combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and brewed espresso in a bowl. Churn in an ice cream maker. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

    Make Chocolate Ice Cream

    Mix heavy cream, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and chocolate in a bowl. Churn in an ice cream maker. Freeze until firm.

    Make Strawberry Ice Cream

    Blend fresh strawberries with heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Churn in an ice cream maker. Freeze for 4 hours.

    Make Salted Caramel Ice Cream

    Prepare caramel sauce by melting sugar until golden, then adding cream, salt, and butter. Cool and mix with heavy cream and milk. Churn and freeze.

    Make Raspberry Sorbet

    Blend raspberries with sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Freeze for a few hours before serving.

Milkshake Assembly

    Blend the Milkshake

    In a blender, combine 2 cups of your chosen ice cream or sorbet with 1 cup of milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add Chocolate Syrup

    Drizzle chocolate syrup into the blender and blend briefly to mix.

    Serve the Milkshake

    Pour the milkshake into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a cherry on top.
