Brewing Coffee

    Prepare Your Equipment

    Begin by ensuring your coffee maker or French press is clean and ready for use. If using a French press, make sure to have a kettle for boiling water.

    Measure Coffee Beans

    Measure out 0.5 cups of Goshen Coffee Locally Roasted Coffee Beans. You can grind them to your desired coarseness, but a medium grind is recommended for most brewing methods.

    Boil Water

    In a kettle, bring 1 cup of filtered water to a boil. If using a French press, you can boil the water while you grind the coffee beans.

    Brew Your Coffee

    Once the water is boiling, pour it over the ground coffee in your coffee maker or French press. If using a French press, allow the coffee to steep for about 4 minutes before pressing down the plunger.

    Serve

    Pour the brewed coffee into your favorite mug. If desired, add sugar, cream, or vanilla extract to taste.
