Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a skillet over medium heat, crack the 2 local cage-free eggs and cook them to your preferred style (scrambled, fried, or poached). Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.

Breakfast Meats

  1. 2

Cook the Breakfast Sausage and Bacon

In a separate skillet over medium heat, cook the 2 breakfast sausage links for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the 3 slices of bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 3

    Prepare the Breakfast Potatoes

Dice the 2 cups of potatoes into small cubes. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

Toast

  1. 4

    Toast the Bread

While the potatoes are cooking, toast the 2 slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

House Made Jam

  1. 5

    Make the Jam

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of mixed berries, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, mashing the berries with a fork until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
