Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher or jar, combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.

Steep
Cover the pitcher or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and let it steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor.

Strain
After steeping, strain the coffee mixture through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter into another pitcher or container to remove the coffee grounds.

Prepare Glass
Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour the strained cold brew coffee over the ice, filling the glass to your desired level.
