Brownie Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Add Eggs
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add Dry Ingredients
Sift together the flour and salt, then fold into the chocolate mixture until just combined.

Bake
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool Brownies
Remove from oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Caramel Ganache Preparation

Heat Cream and Caramel
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and caramel sauce over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

Combine with Chocolate Chips
Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
Assembly

Layer Brownies and Ganache
Cut the cooled brownies into squares. Drizzle a generous amount of caramel ganache over each brownie.

Top each brownie with a scoop of Irish cream ice cream and sprinkle with almond toffee.
