Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water until you achieve a smooth batter.

Fry the Cauliflower
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and carefully place in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil. Stir until heated through.

Toss the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the sweet chili sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Serving

Transfer the coated cauliflower to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
