For the Sesame Cucumber Aioli

Method

Preparing the Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, dark Thai chili sauce, peanut sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the wings evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Garnish

While the wings are baking, chop the green onions. Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Preparing the Sesame Cucumber Aioli

  1. 4

    Make the Aioli

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, sesame oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
