Lobster Tail Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, being careful not to cut the meat. Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Citrus Filling

In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, orange zest, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Lobster Tails

Spread the citrus filling generously over the lobster meat in each tail.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and the filling is bubbling.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. These can be served with a side of your choice.
