Cook Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook Ground Beef
Increase the heat to medium-high, add the ground beef to the skillet, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Stir in the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Simmer Sauce
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook Spaghetti
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Toss the cooked spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
