Prepare the Chicken
Rinse the chicken legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken leg in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot (around 350°F or 175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken legs in the hot oil. Fry for about 10-12 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve warm with a juice box and your choice of side or waffle.
