Mojito Directions
- 1
Prepare Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and tools needed for the recipe.
- 2
Muddle Mint and Sugar
In a sturdy glass, place the fresh mint leaves and sugar. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their oils, mixing them with the sugar. Muddle for about 10-15 seconds.
- 3
Add Lime Juice
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half into the glass. You can also add a few lime wedges to the glass for extra flavor. Muddle gently again to mix the lime juice with the mint and sugar.
- 4
- 5
Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes, packing them in well. This will help keep the drink cold.
- 6
Top with Soda Water
Pour 100 ml of soda water over the ice and stir gently to combine all ingredients without disturbing the mint leaves too much.
- 7
Garnish and Serve
Garnish the Mojito with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your refreshing drink!
